A - Affirming Church. Affirming in that we do not expect anyone to conform to any label or ''box'' before they are welcome but rather that we go out and meet and accept them where they are and journey alongside them, in love
R - Radical Church. Radical in that we are open and honest with each other and willing to experience new things and change if necessary.
Y - Yearning Church. Yearning in that we challenge the status-quo where we believe that status-quo to be wrong or harmful.
and who are bound together in the love of God.
Our Key objectives are:
..to share our experiences of God''s love with each other within our congregation
..to take the Good News of Jesus Christ out into the world (in accordance with Matthew 28: 16-end) by the example of the way/s in which we live our daily lives.
