Our vision is to build a relevant and 21st-century church that makes a positive impact on the city of Newcastle Upon Tyne and beyond, a place where all individuals and families feel welcomed and can grow and flourish in their faith.
Simply put, we're a group of people who show that Jesus Christ is very much alive and at work in the lives of normal, ordinary people like us.

As well as that, there are three core values that run through everything we do at Elim Church Newcastle:
1: GOD CENTRED
A God-centred attitude is so different from the prevailing attitude of our day. Today it is a humanistic ‘me, my and I’ attitude. We believe that through prophetic, practical teaching, cutting-edge inspiring worship, and a heroic adoption of God’s way we can come closer to His heart.
2: PURPOSE DRIVEN
Purpose-driven living means that I discover what I am here for in God and that I do something about it.
3: PEOPLE EMPOWERING
A people-empowering atmosphere takes seriously that people, not just our programmes, matter to God. It seeks to courageously release individuals to discover and experience God’s fullness in them. If we make mistakes, we learn from them and try again. |
